March 5, 2012 – According to reports the trial of an accused child molester by a child care provider is slated to begin. According to authorities the accused child molester Scott Andrew Christensen age 28 of Rancho Santa Margarita is facing three felonies in the trial that was slated to begin Monday.

Christensen is will also face sentencing enhancements for substantial sexual conduct with a child and could face 45 years to life, according to prosecutors. The alleged incidents occurred between 2000 and 2006, when Christensen was employed as a child care worker at an after-school program provided by Saddleback Valley Unified School District, called The Learning Connection.

According to prosecutors, Christensen allegedly assaulted a boy between the age of 5 and 6 on September 1, 2005 and again on August 7, 2006. One of the accusations is that Chirstensen touched the boy, while watching a movie.
Authorities stated another incident occurred between May 6, 2000 and August 1, 2004, during a movie when the lights were out. Christensen is alleged to have grabbed the boys hand and put it down the front of his pants.
Christensen was convicted in 2008 of two felony counts of molestation of a 6 year old boy, who he was hired by the parents to watch in their home and where the incidents occurred.

Opening statements in the trial were expected to start at 9:00 a.m. in a Santa Ana courtroom for the alleged child molester that is currently in custody at the Theo Lacy Jail.

….Amy tried to be happier. She started to drink more, and for a while that seemed to help. But then she re-gained all the weight she had lost and more. She could no longer hide her misery.
To become really great at a sport often requires a tremendous amount of effort and dedication. It’s so easy to become wrapped up in it. I guess that’s where balance comes in.
A sports injury can have a significant psychological impact. It can impact a person’s self-confidence and sense of worth and bring on serious depression. It can happen to an amateur, as well as a pro, and it can happen to a young athletes. Many people will recommend PRP injections and prolotherapy treatment for these injuries.
Not only is it critical to provide proper rehabilitation for the injury, but there needs to be an awareness of the anxiety and loss sports injuries can create. The more central a sport had been in someone’s life, the more care has to be taken to treat their mental recovery.
Sometimes psychological counseling is helpful. At the very least, those in the athlete’s life need to show understanding and acknowledgment of the loss that has been suffered. It may be helpful to at least looking into a PRP or Prolotherapy treatment Doctor who can help, since PRP and prolotherapy injections treatment has helped a number of folks.
Amy got counseling. On the advice of her counselor, she took up aquarobics and began teaching classes in it. She never seemed to fully recover her tennis game, however. She did find that talking about her injury and the impact it had had on her seemed to help her students, many of whom were dealing with their own injuries.
Amy still misses tennis, but she seems to be getting better all the time.

Amy had an extraordinary gift for tennis. She said that it was the one thing she really felt she was really good at.
She was better than good.
Amy started playing the game to lose weight. She started out hitting balls against a backboard at the neighborhood park. Then she forced herself upon her husband and his friends, who were all accomplished players. They didn’t want to be bothered with a novice, but she was persistent.
In time, not only did she lose twenty-plus pounds, but her game began to improve dramatically, as well. Soon, everyone wanted to play with Amy.
Amy took lessons at a nearby resort. She even got a job in the tennis shop there, where she helped to run tournaments. No one realized how much self-worth the sport gave her, how integral it had become to her well-being. She reminds me of a friends who had a bad rotator cuff tear and needed PRP. Of course, we all know that a rotator cuff tear is a whole different animal entirely.
Some of the most famous tennis players on earth came to play at the upscale resort where Amy worked, and Amy often got to go out and hit balls with them. One day she was practicing with a young up-and-coming player. Amy was focused like a laser on getting the balls back over the net, no matter how hard she had to run, or how much she had to exert herself.
Then it happened. She tore the gastrocnemius muscle of her lower leg. The muscle was ripped away from her Achilles tendon. First she actually heard a pop and then pain brought her instantly to the ground, where she lay doubled up in agony.
After six months of rehabilitation, Amy still had trouble walking normally, let alone playing tennis. I think she really could have benefited from PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy.
For it’s part, PRP really helped the friend I mentioned earlier who had the unfortunate rotator cuff tear overall. My friend began to change. She became sullen, even surly. The manager of the pro shop had a talk with her, warning her that she needed to present a happy face on the job or else she he would have to let her go.

I was traveling in Los Angeles recently and when I was down in Long Beach, I saw a car accident that was pretty serious when a car ran over a gay couple. I don’t think it was malicious, but since homosexuals have a much greater statistical chance of contracting AIDS, I was worried about their status as potential AIDS victims. A really good PI lawyer knows a doctrine called “egg shell skull”. Basically this means that is the victims die, due to AIDS making the condition worse, their domestic partner, or surviving families can sue in tort or wrongful death.

In Long Beach a car accident is something that is not rare and happens a lot, and one of the reasons you may need a personal injury lawyer someday if your visiting So Cal at an HIV/Aids conference, or just an AIDS victim on the town looking for some action, when you get rear ended. The reason why so many car accidents happen in Long Beach is because it’s a city that has many activities and things going on there all of the time. There are a lot of incredible places to dine and some nice artwork to see. With so much traffic and people in Long Beach accidents are bound to happen.

Just recently there was a traffic record system done in 2006 from the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System. The statistics showed that there was around 229 injuries and 20 fatalities done with DUI crashes, 274 people were injured from car collisions and 15 pedestrians were killed from the car accidents. Another California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System showed that in the year 2007 that they had 40 fatalities and at least 39 car accidents.

Often time’s people are unprepared whenever a car accident happens because it happens suddenly and fast. The experience is one that can be overwhelming both emotionally and physically. After a car accident happens it’s best to seek and get a Long Beach Car Accident Lawyer right away. It does not cost anything for the consultation. When talking with the lawyer during consultation they will go over the fees and let you know if they can help you and your family during this difficult time.

Experienced Long Beach Car Accident Lawyers will also remind their clients those insurance companies often times do not look out for their best interests. I know of a good one in LBC. His name is Michael P. Ehline, Esq. He works for Ehline Law Firm PC at 6700 East Pacific Coast Highway Suite 275, Long Beach, CA 90803 (562) 342-9092. I embedded a map in this post to help you find him. They will throw in a price and the adjusters, insurance company plus the investigators often times don’t really care about all that happened. They are busy and often times don’t care about your personal feelings. This is where having a personal skilled Long Beach Car Accident Lawyer can help you. The car accident lawyer cares about you and will do everything that they can to make sure that you receive the compensation that is needed to pay off the bills so you and your loved ones won’t go into debt because of the car accident.

A skilled Long Beach car accident lawyer also answers questions, whereas it might be difficult to get the right kind of answers from the insurance companies. They will be there and help with making sure that everything gets done in time so that you and your family will receive the compensation that is needed before it’s too late.
