1. First National Organization for positive people from sexually marginalized community was formed by UDAAN called Nipasha + (Network of Indian People with Alternate Sexualities Living with HIV/AIDS.

2. Representative of UDAAN has been conferred with ARMAAN (Asian Regional MSM Aids Network Award) for contributions in the empowerment programmes with positive members from the MSM community.
